We're inviting you to the Good Friday service! This service will be a solemn Christian observance that commemorates the crucifixion and death of Jesus Christ at Calvary. It takes place during Holy Week, two days before Easter Sunday, and is marked by fasting, prayer, and special church services. Christians around the world honor this day as a time of reflection, sacrifice, and faith.
First Baptist Church Williamsburg Retirees Ministry invites you to a sacred and uplifting service of reflection: “The 7 Last Sayings on the Cross.” Together, we will pause at the foot of the Cross and listen closely to the final words of Jesus—words that still speak forgiveness, salvation, love, suffering, fulfillment, and surrender.
Whether you join us in the sanctuary or online, come expecting a meaningful time in God’s presence as we honor Christ and strengthen our faith.
