HISTORIC FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH

First Baptist Church is a congregation of baptized believers in Jesus as the Christ and is united in its covenant for worship, services, instructions and ordinances according to the Gospel.

 

MISSION STATEMENT

To carry out the mandates of the Gospel of Jesus Christ so that others may know and follow him. The Disciples of Christ will demonstrate His love and compassion by helping to meet the needs of all people.

 

CHURCH VISION

The vision of the church is to seek and live out the will of God by bringing people of diverse cultures and ethnic backgrounds to Jesus Christ, and incorporating them into the fellowship of the church and serving the community as we glorify God.
